  No – once you have an Eftpos Terminal you are good to go!
• Can I market directly to my loyalty card holders?
  Yes, provided you get the Registered Users Database you can phone or email your most loyal customers directly.
• Can other Retailers contact my customers?
  No, the contact details of any customers that sign-up to FrenzCard using your card will not be shared with other Retailers.
• How long does it take to get operational?
  Usually about 3-4 weeks from confirmation.
• Is training provided?
  Yes, initial training is provided along with guidelines on how to operate the system.
• Would it suit our business? 
  That depends but really any retail business that uses Eftpos can operate the system. Contact us for more advice on this.
• Can I have my logo on the FrenzCard™?
  Of course, the cards issued by you will have plenty of room for your logo and brand.
• Do I get reports?
  Yes, we can provide you with activity and database reports on your loyalty customers.
