Loyalty Services Limited is a New Zealand owned company set up in 2007 by a group of retailers who wanted to develop affordable and easy to use loyalty, gift & marketing programmes which would deliver real value to NZ retailers and their customers. Too often in the past such systems are developed and commercialised by technology experts or marketing consultants without much reference to what retailers and consumers will in fact benefit from in practice.
